Encantame Towers consists of 3 buildings with approximately 100 condos in each, soaring to 24 floors which are the tallest in the State of Sonora! The first building, “Velero” (which means Sailboat) has been delivered and is currently renting 1-2 & 3 bedroom condos. Amenities currently completed are the main heated/chilled swimming pool with Aqua Bar, 2 jacuzzis, 2 kids pools, beach palapas, onsite activities, underground parking, Clubhouse 1 of 2 that includes state of the art Fitness & Wellness Areas, Front Desk, and Business Center. Blue Palm Cafe / Starbucks is open daily (except Wed) located in the lobby. Famous for years in Guadalajara with 2 incredible locations visit their website at Santo Coyote we are proud to have Santo Coyote’s Ocean Cantina as our onsite restaurant, open daily (except Tues), but reservations are required. They also provide room service to our in house guests.
The 2nd & 3rd Towers, “Verano” (Summer) & “Viento” (Wind) are currently under construction. Additional amenities that will be completed with those buildings include, 2 lazy rivers, 6 additional pools (2 of which are roof top and adults only), Event Center with Outdoor Bar, Pet Park, and Electric charging stations. Clubhouse 2 will have Kids Club, Game Room, and Golf Simulators. Garages and Mini Storages are also available.
